She was the most talked about woman in the country yesterday, dubbed 'Wagatha Christie' after revealing her super sleuth credentials on Twitter.

But Coleen Rooney passed by almost unnoticed as she visited Manchester city centre today.

Coleen, also nicknamed 'Scooby Roo' after the Rebekah Vardy row that ignited Twitter with some jokingly suggesting it should be made into a Netflix drama, was wearing a sunshine yellow jumper as she strolled along King Street with her youngest son Cass in a pushchair.

An onlooker said: "No-one noticed, and she was wearing a bright yellow jumper.

"She seemed on good form."

Coleen , the wife of former Manchester United ace Wayne Rooney, shocked the online world when she posted her accusation on social media, claiming that after five months of detective work she had discovered who was responsible for leaked false stories to The Sun by blocking everyone’s account but fellow WAG Rebekah’s.

She wrote in a lengthy post: "For a few years now someone who I trusted to follow me on my personal instagram account has been consistently informing The S*n newspaper of my private posts and stories.

"There has been so much information given to them about me, my friends and my family - all without my permission or knowledge.

"After a long time of trying to figure out who it could be, for various reasons, I had a suspicion.

"To try and prove this I came up with an idea. I blocked everyone from vieweing my Instagram stories except One account (Those on my private account must have been wondering why I haven't had stories on there for a while.)

"Over the past five months I have posted a series of false stories to see if they made their way into the newspaper. And you know what they did! The story about gender selection in Mexico, the story about returning to TV and the latest story about the basement flooding in my new house.

It's been tough keeping it to myself and not making any comment at all, especially when the stories have been leaked, however I had to. Now I know for certain which account it's come from.

"I have saved and screenshotted all the original stories which clearly show just one person has viewed them.

Rebekah, the wife of Leicester City star Jamie Vardy who is pregnant with her fifth child, denied the claims saying she never speaks to the press about the Rooneys and suggested her account was ‘hacked’.

In a statement which she shared on social media, she said: "I liked you a lot Coleen & I'm so upset that you have chosen to do this, especially when I'm heavily pregnant."

The 37-year-old former I'm A Celebrity contestant star has since said she won't be commenting further until the situation has been investigated.

"I’ve been inundated with messages from everyone but I’m not saying anything more until we’ve finished looking into this situation properly," she said on social media.
